Gute Lage um die Höhlen zu besichtigen. Phong Nha Cave ist fußläufig und das Hotel war super hilfreich einen Privattransfer zu etwas weiter entfernen Paradise-Cave zu organisieren. Ansonsten no-nonsense Hotel, aber für den Preis auch absolut in Ordnung.

Toilettenspülung hat nicht so wirklich funktioniert, hat immer mindestens 10 Spülgänge gebraucht.

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They truly went out of their way to assist us with tours and transport, and they were always helpful whenever we needed anything.

We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and hygiene. While the bed sheets were clean, the rest of the room was full of spider webs (including a massive one right above the shower), mosquitoes, flies, and a large spider. The pool area did not look well-maintained, so we felt uncomfortable using it. Breakfast selection was extremely limited and monotonous—if you cannot eat eggs, you will have a hard time. The banana pancakes tasted like scrambled eggs, suggesting everything is cooked on the same pan. The general hygiene in the breakfast area was questionable, as the cutlery was often dirty. Furthermore, we experienced an unprofessional incident regarding our bus booking. The host tried to charge us 200 000 VND more than what had been previously confirmed in our WhatsApp conversation. Although we successfully challenged the price and paid the original amount, this experience was quite unpleasant and unprofessional.

I liked the pool, river view and the included breakfast.

Staff were friendly, free breakfast was really good. We liked that they had a pool to use if we wanted to. They also did our washing for us which made it easier. Staff are attentive and offer services like tours and motorbike rental if needed

Location is a little far out from main centre.

The location was great as it was right by the river and the view was excellent. The homestay was run by a lovely family who did a really nice breakfast and the rooms were nice and clean and the bathroom was huge! They booked everything we needed and the tour they recommended was fabulous and for a small group where we had an amazing day.

Very nice eating area at the hotel and by the river.

If was a very hot day and the Air Conditioner had trouble keeping up.
