There is no toilet right in the tent, at nighttime it is inconvenient to go far away to the toilet

The location and the view

The design of the room is quite dumb that there are no air ventilation. We were stuffed inside the room. Is not ideal especially in the summer. Should at least install air-conditioning if there is no window

The first cabin was really nice and in really nice location, clean and with all necessities

All experience was ruined by staff moving us to another cabin for second night, which was different, full of ants and with broken leaking shower, while they checked someone else to our previous cabin. All the change was handled very bad, without any explanation and apology.

Location is really nice. Its a moutain valley with a stream flowing nearby. The house we stayed in was very new. It fit our family of 5 with 2 bedrooms. It was nice to lounge oitside on the deck at night watching the stars and sound of stream. No wifi. There were wooden blocks which kept kids busy.

The main door had numberlock and ours was 1-6. Didnt feel safe at night as we couldnt lock it from inside and anyone who knew the password could walk in. There are no wall or boundaries, the place is by the mainroad and a public place. My husband was not happy about that. It was all glass in the front without curtains. When asked they said this was a new house and curtains will come next week only. Privacy ?? The older houses had the stream roght outside thwir door while we had to walk a bit to even see it. Kids slept on the top deck, and at night the air got really watm up there with heaters on that they came down and slept on the bean bags. Staff promised a bonfire for us butnobody showed up There was a kettle and some cutlery. A blow torch for bbq.and we could borrow grilling equipment too. Howeevr no coffee sachet and water was not bottled ones but filled by hotel. It had some dirt floating at the bottom. Around 3am bathroom water ran out and they said they couldn't fix until morning. So they sent a gallon of water instead. When the wind blew in the mountians at the night, it was loud and sometimes shook the house. Kind of scary. Only restaurant there was Tary an overpriced restaurant with a very short manu mostly serving horsemeet. In the morning there were small coffeshops and kiosks by the road. My tip would be to buy meat from almaty and bbq there. In the morning go for a nice hike up the stream to see small waterfalls. Staff said they could arrange a trip.to great almaty lake 15mins from there but we decided to rest instead!

Cozy cabin, warm & beautiful... hot water available... nice experience, loved the rain while in the cabin...

It's located in a tourist area, avoid going there in weekends, it's too crowded in day light, travel light because no baggage assistance... poor privacy if you want to keep the curtains open... ants & a curious bee 🐝 in room but were harmless
