"A great change of pace."

Selinunte House is good value for the dollar and host Giuseppe is very helpful, like people in general in this non-tourist town. The apartment has loads of space and there is ample parking: either a private space through a very narrow passage, or on the street. We chose the street! The apartment even has a weigh scale—a first, in our experience—and it’s good to know the truth!

Nothing really. Castelvetrano is a gritty, working-class town. It’s not a tourist town, so you’re not just always bumping into fellow tourists. Locals aren’t bored by tourists and are kind and genuinely appreciate your interest in their community.
