An excellent location

Water pressure was super low and very difficult to take showers

La terrazza, con vista mare è uno spettacolo, il distributore d'acqua gratutita e refrigerata è una gran cosa in una città dove l'acqua della rete è imbevibile. Angolo cucina pratico e funzionale. Personale non presente in struttura ma se contattato via telefonica o messaggistica molto gentile e disponibile.

Qualche piccola manutenzione sarebbe risolutiva. Impianti idraulici e alcuni cavi abbandonati a se stessi. La camera è piccola e per tre persone non è adatta, una brandina scricchiolante ai piedi del letto rende la stanza impraticabile.

Overall, our stay was a mixed experience. The host was responsive and available on messages throughout, and all instructions for check-in and check-out were clear from the beginning, which made the process smooth. There is also a luggage storage room available, which is very convenient. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided, which we appreciated. The location is a plus, as the room is close to the city centre, making it convenient to get around.

However, there were several issues during our stay. The apartment is on the 6th floor with a lift, but if the lift is not working, you have to use very narrow stairs. Unfortunately, on our last day the lift wasn’t working, and we had to carry heavy suitcases down the stairs, which was quite difficult. There were also maintenance concerns. The bathroom sink was constantly leaking, the shower water pressure was low, and sometimes the water would stop completely and resume after a few minutes. The toilet seat was broken as well. Additionally, on two occasions when we returned at night, the lights were not working, leaving us in the dark. Even after informing the host, it took about a day to resolve the issue. While the host did respond to messages, calls were not possible as he mentioned being busy whenever we requested one.

Værelset, køkkenet og badeværelset er virkelig slidt og i meget ringe stand, grænsende til faldefærdigt. Det burde ikke være tilladt at blive udlejet før det er blevet total renoveret.

Liked the location, the amenities such as small fridge, kettle, and TV. Also the use of codes to enter the building and room, less hassle with carrying keys.

We booked a double bed and had two singles joined together. Pressure from the shower was low. Room is rather dark, lacks sunlight.

Słabe ciśnienie wody, zimna woda wieczorem, brak możliwości zamknięcia drzwi(ostatnie piętro niby na kod do windy, ale powinna być jakaś możliwość zamknięcia Załączam zdjęcie pleśni na suszarce, oraz niedomykajacyhc się drzwi do łazienki i ogólnie do pokoju
