"Very good"

Great location, clean, nice staff, good aircon and water and toiletries were replenished daily. Also there is a restaurant on site that does big portions for cheap!

Although the beds were big they weren’t the comfiest.

Been staying here for over 10 years when visiting CM. Friendly staff, location, VFM. Good little resto adjacent.

Best value for your money in Chiang Mai so far. Great location near many good local restaurants and shops. Quiet. Comfortable. Best wifi of any place I have stayed in Thailand so far. AC works great. Balconies for smokers.

The rooms are very simple but everything is clean and rooms are cleaned everyday, the WiFi was pretty good and the staff was nice, the location is great.
