Would like to appreciate the hospitality and the service provided by the staff at Luxe Lagoon Kolkata. Special mention for cleanliness Prompt services provided by him during our stay It was a great experience overall and a satisfactory stay.

The staff doesn't give food on time, even the services are bad. Sometimes there is no water in the bathroom.

Room wel decorated , Wash room was very clean.. Value of money. Must recommend

The hotel ambience was so peaceful and was so luxurious the sooner I stepped into the hotel felt like checked in a luxury star hotel , the staff were so polite and did service even in late night . Special thing to mention is they have kept the entire property very clean and the staff were always on there toes to give the service I am planning to come soon to Kolkata and will definitely be this property again.

Newly Built Property Rooms are very beautiful with all amenities 200 metres from bishwabangla gate overall very beautiful property at low price you can compare it with 5 Star property Roof Top is very beautiful owner is friendly good staff must visit place i strongly recommend LUXE LAGOON

Location was walking distance from Fairfield Mariott and the Mall.

The hotel did not provide hard copy or soft copy of the invoice. It appears that they do not have required registration or GST. One Mr. Avinash Singh kept avoiding giving us the invoice.
