When I searching the place, called the person (no-one answer called many time). When reached, all room booked. I am very disappointed because he doesn't inform about cancellation (done by owner). My money and time wasted then booked another room charged more. Faced many problems. Take a disciplinary action against the CJ. Very disappointed...

Overall very bad experience. Bath rooms and Kitchen are very dirty. There is no lock from inside and outside of the bathrooms. Water leakage from roof. There is no hook or anger inside the rooms and bathrooms for hanging clothes. No parking area. Want to park at road side. Suggest not to book/ stay here.

Air proof is not maintained in the room. Door fitting should be weather proof.

Booked this room on booking.com the day before we were due to arrive. When we got there the gut told us he had already let the room as ours was a ‘last minute’ booking and said booking.com shouldn’t have confirmed it. I asked why he didn’t contact me once he saw the booking but he just shrugged his shoulders. Left us in a really difficult situation as it was the weekend of India Republic Day and everywhere was already full. Local tuktuk driver came to our rescue and found us somewhere but it shouldn’t have been necessary. In any case the property is up a dirt track off the main road with no lighting so would have been a bad place to get back to after dark.
