Good value. Excellent bus links. Just about walkable into town. Host very responsive to messages.

We reserved one of the three parking spots, and when we arrived the first two were full, making it almost impossible to access the third as there's some street furniture restricting access. The decor is very tired, and the whole place smells stale. We knew it was a shared bathroom but didn't realise the whole house was sharing, so come 9am on a Sunday morning with checkout by 10am, it was almost impossible to get into the bathroom. We also had the room next to the bathroom, so were woken up throughout the night by other guests using it. To be fair, foam earplugs were provided so we could have worn them.

Didn’t like the very slippy shower Matt on the bathroom floor.

It was an extremely clean guest house, good location, comfortable beds. You can adjust the temperature in the room

The water pressure in the bathroom is low. The rooms are not very spacious

Close to where we wanted to go to in Oxford with handy parking. Easy online check in with entry code emailed prior to arrival.

No kettle in room, was available in breakfast room though.
