The location is very good, right in the old town and easy walk to the train station. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to my messages.

There were no windows in the property, it would get quite loud in the early morning so not always easy to sleep. The place could do with a new lick of paint, proper hoovering and replacement of the rusty shower shelf. Also, there was really no storage space apart from a few hangers in the corridor and bedroom.

The location was great, the bed was comfortable

The heating device clicked very loudly, since the entire apartment is in one room, so it was very disturbing at night.

Some minor pieces of equipment were missing like a toilet brush (anyway I bought one), some hooks for jackets near front door would be nice too. But these things can be easily improved. Overall it was great

We liked the location and the fact that the property was clean. Check-in and check-out were easy and we were able to check in early since our flight arrived in the morning. Our daughter decided to join us unexpectedly and Carlo agreed to accommodate her with us for a modicum price. Also, Carlo was quick to answer our questions but was unable to fix the problems we had with the apartment.

We had two problems that made our stay very uncomfortable. The shower and the toilet clogged after the first night and even though Carlo sent someone to unclog them, everything clogged again the last day. Also, in the last two days of our stay we did not have any warm water. Carlo said that it was a problem with the city water system but our friends who stayed next door had plenty of warm water... We suspect that the person sent to fix the initial clogging turned off the water heater- by mistake or willingly, to avoid intense use of the shower. Given the fact that outside were 10 degrees Celsius, the cold showers were very unpleasant.

One of the best experience ever, the location is more than perfect! The small, beautiful historical street, with autentic view to the "viva la vita".

Fantastic location, right in the middle of Bari old town, it doesn’t get any better than this. The communication with the owner was great, they answered all questions quickly and gave us great advice on parking and the area.

The fridge had not been cleaned from the previous guests, so we did not use it. The towels need changing ( they were old and stained and with other people’s hair on them), and the bathroom itself was not very clean. Breakfast were a few prepackaged croissants, so we skipped that and went into town for some proper breakfast. It’s expensive for what it was, i would only stay again if the things mentioned above would be improved.
