Good location, the beach is close, helpful staff, private parking, good water supply which is important in Sicily

Absence of air conditioners in bedrooms which is awful. You cannot open windows because of mosquitoes and it is extremely hot inside. My wife could not sleep there. She passed three nights in the living room. Scarcity of cooking things. You don't have even a knife to peel potatoes! Frying pans do not match stove burners. Frying pans are falling down from stove burners. It is not possible to cook. Because of construction works we had a lot of dust and noise. They took place just in a couple of meters from our terrace. Three days out of seven we had dirt all around. Though I understand that those works were taking place regardless of the owner's wishes, when I asked to change the apartment number 4 for another one that was empty, I received a negative reply. So, it is a matter of absence of cooperation from the owner's side taking into account that the apartment I asked for almost all the time was empty. We were attracted by the positive reviews but it was a flop!!!I I do not understand why the general score (61 reviews!) for that place is 9.5. Most probably nobody of guests lived in the apartment number 4. Or maybe in the bedrooms of other apartments there are air conditioners? But I personally do not want to come back to that place.

Vermieter und Hausverwalter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die geographische Lage ist sehr gut, Balestrate ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Westsizilien zu erkunden.

Für unseren Geschmack waren die Matratzen zu weich und die Kissen zu dünn. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausbaufähig: scharfe Messer und eine Spülmaschine würden die Küchenarbeit angenehmer machen. Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern wären hilfreich, damit man lüften kann, ohne dass Fliegen, Mücken oder streunende Katzen in die Wohnung gelangen.

large, comfortable, and very clean two-bedroom apartment. A friendly and caring host. Very close to a sandy beach. We had a wonderful week. We highly recommend it.

Logement très propre et neuf Le quartier est top et une super belle plage publique se trouve à 3 minutes à pied le bonheur Calme et sécurisé par un portail électrique Deux belles chambres une belle salle d’eau et une cuisine équipée et moderne avec un clic clac 3 beaux balcons Le propriétaire est très gentil et vous accueil par une bonne bouteille de vin rouge que nous avons goûté (très bon merci) mais n’avons malheureusement pas pu terminer car nous passions toutes nos journées à l’extérieur Très bien placé pour aller sur Palerme, cadtellemare del golfo, Trapani, San Vito Lo capo…. Nous sommes ravis de ce logement et le propriétaire qui habite en dessous est très disponible

On a tout aimé mais s’il faut trouver un bémol ce serait le manque de micro ondes et d’une cafetière
