Location was very good. Bathrooms and lounge were big and spacious.

No dishwasher or wifi working for the entire 7 days, which was known prior to our stay.The lower bedrooms had no windows or natural light with low ceiling height. The hosts made no real effort to fix problems. Chair's as per photos did not exist on balconies.

The house is lovely. We loved the walk into the historic district and the fact that there were essentially no cars in the immediate area. The house is clean and fairly modern. The bedroom on the top floor is spacious, modern, and private. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and watching the sea under the moon while we chatted at night. The house is best suited for those who are physically strong, as there are many stairs to all of the rooms. The hosts were kind and responsive (until the last day when they became unreasonable aggressive). The historic area has so much to do and see. There are many bars, restaurants, and cafes just steps from the door.

We didn't mind at all, but it's important to know that one cannot drive anywhere near the home. This could be problematic for anyone who with mobility issues - as would be this home. Three sisters (mid-thirties to mid-fifties) were registered to share this three-bedroom rental. We were only provided with one key; we were told us they couldn't give us the 2nd key because the spare is for office use only. We were only provided us with bedding for two of the three beds, and when we requested the sheets for the 3rd bed, we were questioned about it. (Seriously, why would three adults want to share beds when not necessary?) My sister noticed the refrigerator was not working when we arrived, but they fixed it that day. We were told we would be provided with water, but there wasn't any until we asked for it. The washing machine was broken, and they said it couldn't be fixed during our stay. This was the tail end of our trip, and the washing machine was part of the reason we chose this rental. There were no paper towels (but there was a holder for them), no napkins, dishtowels, dishsoap, dishwashing detergent - anything one would need to make use of the kitchen. The rooftop deck has seating that is in disrepair and only had cushions on one of the seats. On the last night of our stay, our niece and her boyfriend decided to spend the night with us. The next day, the staff was very aggressive about us "hosting additional guests". When we asked if we could check out at 10:30am, rather than 10:00am, they immediately threatened to report us to the authorities and give them our passports. They refused to pick up the phone to discuss any of this.

There was an issue with the electricity in the kitchen which meant initially no appliances working including, cooktop, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. They came to check on it and discovered the electrical circuit was burnt and it was not safe to use the cooktop and dishwasher. We picked this apartment because of the facilities as a family that didn’t want to eat out every meal. It meant we paid a premium for these facilities only to have to pay more for going out for all meals. We sent a message that was ignored. The wifi did not work the 2 days of our stay. The furniture upstairs on the rooftop including a lounge that was completely broken.
