Perfect location, 7min walk from historical city, plenty of space in the apartment, very clean, easy access, parking on the streets, good WiFi - i do recommend

the iron does not go into the socket - to the host: add an adapter there should be a quilt instead of two sheets and a blanket the walls are thin and there is a noisy neighbor who snores 10 hours a night

Serena homes was like a home from home , it was clean , spacious and very well equipped. The location, although it wasn't in the old town of Monopoli, was perfect as it was very close to the station. We used the trains to travel to Polignano and Bari , Monopoli is a perfect base and this apartment filled all our needs . Check-in and check-out were explained and simple, I would definitely return to this apartment and recommend it.

The only thing I can say is that it is on a busy street which is not a problem if you close your windows and put on the air conditioning, I don't like air conditioning so I have to sleep with open windows but I got used to the local noises.

Location of the apartment is very convenient for exploring both Monopoli and Puglia. It takes only 3-5 minutes walk to get to Monopoli old town. We parked our car on free of charge streets (Via Roma and up - see website of town Monopoli go get details). All stores and restaurants which we liked were very close. The apartment is large, much larger than other places offered nearby. We (family of 4) could feel very comfortable. Beds were comfy and AC was very efficient even on very hot days like we had in July. Bathroom is modern and large and has washing machine (perfect if you go to the beach each day or if you travel light, like we, and need to refresh your clothes after exploring Italy on hot days) We are very grateful to our host Daniele, who was super helpful and patient, although we were late and changed our plans on the day of arrival. I can highly recommend this place!

Lovely apartment in a great location. You can easily accommodate three guests in separate rooms. Each room has a balcony. Good sound insulation from neighbors. Comfortable bathroom and kitchen with everything you need. The hosts are very responsive and always help or offer good advice.

Location was great There was a washing machine, which was critical with small kids We managed to park for free nearby every day

The beds and pillows were not comfortable, it was very noisy (I guess great location requires sacrifices)
