Not get any discount on food and beverage as per the approved package. They completely denied

Probably one of my worst experiences. Cleanliness was below zero with infestation from insects all over the bed and the floor and hair from previous customers all over the bathroom floor. Staff had no remorse about their actions and simply asked us to take the refund.
