La villa est très jolie et agréable. .Elle a beaucoup de charme. La literie est très confortable.

Le gros point négatif est la propreté avec notamment la presence des rongeurs qui nest pas gérée. Et cest bien dommage car ce pourrait etre une proposition de logement qualitative. Aussi, sa situation est en zone offrant peu de commerces qualitatifs et assez loin de la plage ce qui oblige à faire appel aux services de déplacement...ou maîtriser la conduite de véhicule en trafic intense afin detre autonome...

The villa has an amazing pool and garden. The villa is spacious, the rooms are big and both have walk in robes. Once you're off to busy road, it is quite peaceful. The villa staff were quite helpful. The location is quite commercial, so it's walking distance to shops and supermarkets. It's about 1.2 kms away from Seminyak markets and the famous restaurants, and the bike rides were quite cheap to get there.

The villa is in a quiet street but just off a superbusy road and had traffic jams every day. So if you wanna go by taxi, add an extra 45 mins to your journey. There are no good cafes nearby, we had to walk 12-15 mins on superbusy road to get to a good cafe The villa needs to undergo a big renovation, especially the bathroom, kitchen, and roof needs to be modernised. Bathrooms are open air and there are no screen doors to stop the bugs and mosquitos from coming in. The owner needs to invest in basic items. It did not appropriate cutlery, microwave, or basic items like iron, ironing table, laundry basket, etc. Even the dish sponge was old and gross. The electricity ran out twice as the villa manager didn't recharge the account sufficiently, and we had to request them twice to put the recharge. The villa manager said that we should not leave the aircon running all the time even after paying $140 per day for the villa. We had to request cleaners, and in the 10 days we stayed, they only came 4 times. The villa has the potential to attract more rent, but it certainly needs the work put in.
