No Breakfast at the facility

The TV is not friendly user I couldn't watch any channels. Also, no double bed available i used a room with three beds for me with my wife.

مكان جيد نظيف مرتب رائحة طيبة من دخولك الى الفندق تعامل جيد اخ خدوم مبشوش بعيد عن الحرم ممكن تأخد موصلات الي الحرم ب10ريال في اشغال بجانبه تتوقف بعد العصر

Very very bad service. The receptionist is very tough They changed the room that I booked and didn’t tell us until I realize that this not my room that I had booked and when I complained they returned me to the room that I’ve already booked That’s a dirty business and this is like a robbery and deception And second day we ordered a food to take it to Harriman train and we were too late They throw the food away in the rubbish bin And didn’t tell us and when we ask them why they said in a stupid way we will give you a money The problem that we have no time a gain to order a food By the way Service is very very bad
