"I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and would not recommend staying here"

The room smelled unpleasant, and there were visible blood stains on the wall and the bathroom floor. This was unacceptable and made the room feel unhygienic. The room door wouldn't lock, and even the reception staff couldn't fix it. Despite this, they still expected me to sleep in the room, which made me feel very unsafe.

"Gloomy Prana hotel...photos not a true depiction."

The reception staff were lovely..as we're the resident cats! The food served in the restaurant was good and excellent value.

Rooms were gloomy.. The pool area was very overgrown almost to the point where the hotel looked abandoned!!. The pool water was very strongly chlorinated and the tiles were dirty. Located about a 10 minute tuk tuk ride from the main town.. not really walkable but cheap enough by Grab!.
