Instalações bem antigas e aparecia suja. Cortina do banheiro com mofo. Colchão aparência encardida com rasgos. Ar condicionado fraco. Chuveiro só funcionava água fria. Localização é boa pra quem depende do metrô, do mais, é bem barulhento e não muito seguro pra circular durante a noite.
