VILLA CALATHEA Varkala

Very bad experience. Housekeeping service was not done daily. After 2-3 request, they done it. Fan is not working properly. Hotel Staff can access our room and they took the cooler without informing us and used it for other property. Villa is easily accessible by ants. Beds, comman area and hall is full of ants. Poor maintenance of villa. Soaps not provided. Towels Were issued on last day of stay. Too many follow up with team is required for housekeeping service

first time staying at this property and I loved it. The room and washroom very clean, just like the photo. Similarly, the rooms are very cheap. Also, the staff was well behaved and told us the way to the beach and all the activities, which was a great help to us.
