Mira Parque

Célia and her staff are client oriented, responding to any questions a tourist may ask. The breakfast was very nice, with orange juice, cerial, fruit, yogurt, ham and cheese with a selection of coffee or tea and bread roll. Location was great, close to restaurants, track and field facilities and the Falesia beach. Beds and bathrooms were very comfortable and were cleaned daily by the staff. My bike rental was secure in the outdoor shelter near the pool. Célia also arranged for our pick up and drop at the airport at our cost for all 4 of us.

I cannot identify one item that I had a concern with during our stay at Mira Parque

- gut englisch, sprechendes Personal - vorhanden: Duschdass, Föhn, Handtücher, Poolhandtuch, eigene Terrasse mit Schirm - sehr zentral gelegen:, fußläufige Restaurants in der Straße: indisch, italienisch, Burger, kleine Kaffees, Supermarkt & Friseur - ein Muss: im Gebäude das leckere Restaurant, Thunfisch Steak meeega lecker & Preis Leistung! - schöner, grüner Poolbereich mit gemütlich Liegen - Ausstattung von den Zimmer etwas altmodisch und kleiner Geruch, Klimaanlage, kleiner Kühlschrank, viel Ablagefläche & Steckdosen vorhanden - Betten sehr klein, viele Decken vorhanden - Frühstück: frisches Obst, Müsli, Tee/Kaffee, Eier, Wurst, Käse, süße Packwaren & Brot - Preis-Leistung okay

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem überschaubaren Hotel. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr persönlich, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. Dazu hat auch das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal beigetragen. Die Betten waren für uns sehr bequem. Der Poolbereich ist ruhig und gepflegt. Der Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen, den wir über das Hotel gebucht haben, hat sehr zuverlässig funktioniert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and have everything you need from fridge to toiletries to air conditioning….even a welcome basket of oranges!

There was nothing I did not like. It’s not particularly close to the beach so you’d probably need a car to get to touristy areas but there are plenty of shops and restaurants around the property and it is much more peaceful than the centre of Olhos d’Agua.

The breakfast was plentiful with fresh sliced fruit yogurt coffee juices and breads. Quiet rooms, grocery store on main floor and access to local restaurants nearby. It’s a good place for a short stay close to all amenities. Staff were very helpful and pleasant with information on the area.

Pool water had layer of green algae unfortunately was put off from using it as much as we wanted to. Never got to the beach nearby, as it was more than a 20 min walk according to maps and isn’t pleasant to do in 35 degree heat in late June when there was heat warnings. Bed was basic mattress, don’t expect more.
