Amazingly luxurious hotel for a very reasonable cost. Wonderful room & indoor pool Spa area which we had to ourselves! Huge range of breakfast choices & ate at a seafood restaurant next door. Very handy location to motorways with good views across the city.

Staff, expecially young lads (probably college students) were all smiling and helpful.

Poor breakfast, poor wifi, loud minibar, inefficient air-conditioning, soft beds, terrible pillow choices. 5 star hotel with almost zero amenity kits.

Large rooms, bathroom had a shower and separate bath.

Obviously maintenance has been deferred at this hotel. Phone in room broken, shower head spraying against the wall, safe box didn’t work, ironing table broken. Minimum room temperature set at 27.5degC….and could not be reduced. Had to keep the window open all night, with location of the hotel on highway intersection not a great solution. Room Door swipe cards had to be reset everyday to get back into the room.

Beautiful hotel and Room looked really nice. Breakfast selection was very good.

After a flight and 4 hour drive we arrived late and exhausted. Door man took us to our room- hubby forgot to tip. So when we were leaving - he stood near the entrance and didn't assist. So expect no service without tipping for him to do his job. Room temperature was 30+ degree plus. Were used to normal room temp 21. Told reception that the room was too hot and maybe AC wasn't working. A couple of hours later someone comes to repair or sort out. Unfortunately the room has no AC. So they brought an AC unit in. But no joy. Didn't sleep well at all during stay as it was too hot and when opening sliding balcony door you could hear the roof top music. We booked a room that accommodated 4 people but we were only 3 people (2 connecting rooms). Not sure why house keeping would leave only 2 bottles of water. So we had to bring water bottles from Breakfast. We went shopping and bought a lot of items. No assistance at door. Gym opened at 10am- so no early workout available. Stayed at Millenium Istanbul a few times as service and everything was excellent. Hence tried this hotel. Unfortunately well under Millenium standard expected.

location is good , the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great.

Location close to airport and convention center; several restaurants close by

AC broken on an entire floor and room was hot. Shower didn't keep temperature. Considering it's a fairly new hotel, it's cheaply built

Location was convenient for where we needed to be.

A few colleagues and I were booked to the 9th floor. Every room did not have a working AC. Upon trying to cool the room down from 27, the heat would turn on and before I knew it the room was at 30. We made mention of this to the front desk and was told maintenance would look into it. When we arrived back that evening nothing had been done and were forced for another miserable night worth of sleep. The Irish Pub that is attached needs to train their bartenders. We tried ordering a rum and coke that was clearly listed on the drink menu and were told that didn’t have the right ingredients. I was able to point out the bottles of rum, and 20 minutes later we were served our drinks. This was strange because 30 minutes earlier and different staff member made the same drinks without issue.
