"Exceptional"

We had an apartment which was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean. The hotel itself is .beautifully kept with a gorgeous pool area. The pool was spotlessly clean. Poolside drinks and snacks were always on hand and an adjacent restaurant with sky bar was also open all day. The food and cocktails were delicious and very reasonavly priced. But the outstanding feature of this hotel was the staff. Always friendly, always available and always faciltating any request to the best pf their ability. They always asked how your day was and if there was anything they could do for you. They were amazing. All of the managers especially Vannak and all of the desk staff, bar and restaurant and cleaning staff were exceptional. It is in a quite area but just a one dollar tuk tuk ride in 5.mins to the center of Sirm.Reap.

A really nice place to stay; from the security guards to the receptionists, lovely staff who knew their guests by name from the first day & were always helpful; located in a quieter part of the suburbs, about 15 mins drive from the middle, meaning it's really nice & quiet but also good to have your own transport. Top marks to everybody, it was superb.
