"Excellent location for Cadwell Park Circuit with safe locked parking"

We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Beds were very comfortable. Only reason for not giving it a 10 for facilities was because there was no TV (which was actually okay once you realised that). Host Billie was lovely

Very minor point of the towel for the shower use being small. Host said she will sort that and appreciated the feedback

Quiet and spacious, a relaxing property in the countryside not far from Cadwell Park circuit it was ideal for us racing there

Lovely B & B in a beatiful location within easy walking distance to a nearby pub. Plenty of safe parking and so peaceful. Superb breakfast which can be provided at any time to suit. Would highly recommend.

Lovely location. Host couldn’t do enough for us.

I wish there was a tv in the room and an ironing board and a few more little bins dotted around.
