There was no Electricity,they didn't service their prepaid meter

ZANot prepared for us. No communication. We arrived with no access code being provided and the security knew nothing about any booking. It was a struggle to get access to the complex. We could not enter without the code. Security tried phoning the owner/representative and I also tried several times. We had to find alternative accommodation after 19:00 on the day.

ZAZAZAZAI had to wait at the complex entrance for more than an hour as the host did not share the entrance code with me& the hosts phone was off, when he eventually got back to me he was non chalant about it and i find that disrespectful. The place is fairly clean but good value for money.
ZAI mean there is no breakfast, but the property offers you all you need and more
