A ház elrendezése, berendezése , jakuzzi nagyon szuper. A kert nagy , nagyobb autóval is könnyen be lehet állni, a hatalmas fák árnyéka kellemes. A szigeten nagyokat lehet kirándulni.

Az emeletre vezető lépcső meredek, a kisgyerekek nehezebben közlekednek rajta.
