Great location, the hotel is within walking distance to Otaru's most famous street where you can enjoy the local stores, spacious room with great amenities that you can use. The overall experience is amazing.

お部屋がきれいで必要なものが全て揃っていた。ネットフリックスも見れてよかった。第2駐車場に車を置くことになったがジュースをもらえた。

照明を全部つけてもお部屋は少し暗めだと思いました。

観光地からも近くて便利でした。周りに朝食を食べるお店が少ないので、翌朝用の海鮮を市場で調達して、部屋で食べました。お皿や調味料も貸してもらえたのでよかったです。

"提供停車位很不錯，不過館前的空位大小和預想中有些差異，當停滿時，考驗駕駛開車的技巧。整體環境很棒，室內所提供之電器、設備都一應俱全。離大街很近，只是爬坡需要花點力氣。"
