+ Great location - next to Sukhbaatar square, restaurants and shops + Great sized-room and toilet, international powerpoints, comfy bed + Decent self-serve buffet breakfast

- water from tap comes out slightly "milky" but clears after a while - entrance doorway can be a bit narrow if you have bulky luggage - there is only 1 lift and it can be a slow wait if it is busy

Good location next to the square. Comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. I had to leave to the airport at 3:30am so missed breakfast but they supplied me with packed sandwiches, yogurt and water. The airport transfer taxi booked by the hotel was early, comfortable and got me to the airport in good time.

The shower worked fine during the daytime but when I tried to have one at 2:30am to wake up for the airport the water was so hot I couldn’t use it. There was no cold water at all. This is a known issue but shouldn’t cause you a problem unless you plan to wake up early for the airport. The wifi in my room was weak.

The best thing is the location. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent. I stayed in a twin room, which was very spacious, especially for a solo traveler. I appreciate the free bottles of water every day . Wi-Fi is quite fast.

The interior is outdated, especially the carpet in the room. The bathroom was very spacious, but there were no shelves or cupboards where you could put your stuff.
