H9 Hotel Nine Ulaanbaatar

Zentral und dennoch relativ ruhig gelegenes übersichtlich großes Hotel. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer zur Straße hin. Die Ausstattung war mit einem großen Bett, einer Couch und viel Stauraum recht komfortabel. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß, sogar mit Regendusche und wir hatten immer Strom und heißes Wasser.

Die Teppichböden in Flur und Zimmer sind grundsätzlich sauber, aber schon deutlich mitgenommen und schadhaft. Bereits kurz nach dem Check-in und in den nächsten Tagen mehrfach habe ich das Desk-Personal um den Austausch der Batterien im Sage gebeten, der eine entsprechende Fehlermeldung anzeigte. Bis zur Abreise 12 Tage später ist aber leider nichts geschehen. Das Frühstück ist gut, man wird satt, leider ist es aber für Europäer nicht abwechslungsreich und das Nachfüllen und Nachlegen braucht schon mal seine Zeit.

The location is quite close to Sukhbaatar square and near several restaurants. Especially for vegetarians, there is a restaurant right behind the property. The breakfast spread was good. The room was clean. The staff at the reception were really nice and helpful. I stayed in the hotel for a night, and after a trip out of town, returned to the hotel for a further stay of three days; so four days in total. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Ulaanbaatar!

There were three lights in the room, with a single switch for all three together. Separate switches would be helpful. I was alone, so no problem. But with two people, individual adjustment of lighting would be indeed needed. And the number of power sockets also needs to be more.

Central location

Needs to be updated. Smell from bathroom. Shower leaking all over the floor. Basic toiletries. No safe in room. Staff at front desk not that welcoming.

Close to Sukhbataar square and the Gobi store. Short walk to museums, Irish Pub and National theatre. Staff are exceptional. Helpful, polite and friendly.

In true Mongolian style, power points don’t work, shower head faulty and doors open with tight margins

このホテルに宿泊した後、荷物をホテルに置いてもらいゴビ砂漠に２泊で行ってきました。戻ってくり時間が真夜中の１２時過ぎになってしまいましたが、フロントは問題なくチェックインできました。出発は翌朝５時でしたが、やはりフロントは問題なく対応してくれました。

シャワーの温度調節が少し難しかったです。

スフバートル広場の近くロケーションはとても良いです。宿泊した部屋は広く、快適でした。朝食は種類も多く、とても美味しかったです。ホテルは三階から上でしたが、下の階にはレストランやバーが入っていて、とても便利でした。

シャワーは手持ちと上からの切り替え式でしたが、切り替えると水温が結構違いました。
