Everything great except the sockets which where extremely loose and causes few sparks otherwise great

Staffs very helpful especially retrieving my passport from the airport from lost property but organising a cab to delivery it to me. Breakfast was perfect and well continental

位置就在市中心，十分方便，櫃檯服務人員非常用心，早餐美味豐富。

The location is within walking distance of the main square, with restaurants and coffee shops on the ground floor. The breakfast had a great variety, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

The reception staff did not refund our key deposit upon check-out, and unfortunately we completely forgot to ask at the time. It would have been helpful if we had been reminded before leaving. I do hope this can be improved for future guests.
