Casa Oriana - Serra da Estrela

We were visiting some friends in Gouveia so the location was perfect. The views were good. The owner was very friendly but the staff she has under her, has no sense of responsibility

The cleaning was a big NO, the bathroom floor wasn’t mopped or vacuumed, the kitchen sponge was so dirty and old that we had to buy a new one. The lady who welcomed us, had attitude and was smoking. Tiago was welcoming and friendly. The owner is a foreigner, sweet and approachable, but lacks a team who can support her. The size of the double bed bedroom is very small, we can barely walk around the bed. You won’t be renting the full house, just a top floor of it.

Gostei da localização, e a casa em si também, confortável.

O que não gostei foi mesmo a falta de limpeza na casa de banho.
