the room was perfect! really nice! new, clean and very comfortable.

It was a bit difficult to reach , specially if you want to arrive when it is dark. It was not easy to find it but finally we made it when we saw our host coming out of the front door. The only thing that was a pity was the hot water. We could not have the shower in the morning because the water was cold.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and very nicely presented sparkling new. The furniture is new and very nice. The view of the valley and mountain is spectacular. Overall it was a pleasant stay with a pleasant host.

The description is very confused about what you actually have access to. Our booking confirmed we booked the superior double room. Its difficult to tell from the photos. I think we actually got the standard room and there was no access to the kitchen room shown because that was booked by the other room which they didnt access either. The only difference between the two rooms in the description is 18sqm and 21sqm everything else is the same. We did except to be able to prepare some basic food given the location. A kettle with no coffee cups is an unusual Italian law as explained.

The staff was very nice and the property was exceptionally clean. We also really liked the furniture and decor.

The lighting is very cold, it would great if it were changed to a warmer tone for a more cozy atmosphere!

Very good location, close to sandy beaches and the city. The whole place was really clean (I’m a bit of a clean freak so when i say it’s clean it’s rather spotless), room service and fresh towels and water every day. Never stayed in a place so tidy, even better than some hotels I’d say. Hosts are super nice and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough, it’s one of the best we’ve stayed at. If we ever travel back to sardinia, I’ll be booking here again.

The room was very new and big. It was well furnished but the kitchen that you see in the pictures was not accessible. The host was kind and gave us all the right instructions to use at the best room services. I would have appreciated having breakfast there on the spot, since in the suburbs there is almost nothing.
