Location and hospitality

The hotel was in an old convent and was a convenient stop on the way to Tuscany. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant was excellent we would definitely stay here again.

The town is somewhat rundown

We went at night and the receptionist was very friendly and kind he helped us so much the rooms were spectacular they even put toothpaste and toothbrush. In the morning we went breakfast and the kind lady offered us everything and was very kind and the garden was beautiful and the car park was very big and full of security I definitely recommend this hotel.

The environment has a nice view

Il Convento is an amazing place to stay. Quiet, lovely grounds, friendly staff who will do anything to help. Try the restaurant if it is open. It is beautiful food. My choice of place to stay every time I travel that way.

The entire staff is amazing. Sandra and Fabio are both lovely hosts. The food is exceptionally good.

The mattresses and pillows are not too comfy

Big room, clean, good breakfast, large private area with grass, so you can go out with your dog. Courteous staff. Just 5 minutes walk to the center of Trino. No additional charge for dogs.

In order to open the gate (which is usually closed) you need to ring over the intercom. But you can take a remote control in the hotel.

Quiet location,A/C in the room and an enjoyable evening meal. Don’t be put off by the external appearance!
