FRL'emplacement à deux pas du centre-ville (juste le pont à traverser !) et le parking libre et gratuit juste devant. L'appartement est très accessible au rez-de-chaussée et est dans un immeuble ancien de standing. Il est refait à neuf et moderne.
L'appartement est un peu obscur (une seule fenêtre qui donne dans une cour intérieure) et surtout, l'immeuble est en pleine rénovation : on sent donc la poussière et il y a des échafaudages partout !

O ralo estava entupido e logo no primeiro banho a casa de banho inundou. O único ponto menos positivo é mesmo só este.
NZGreat location, just short walk across bridge to old town. Nice new renovation inside. Owner was responsive once we were on the stay date and helpful WhatsApp responses to help us with several questions. Car parking outside is not guaranteed but we found one eventually.
Maybe provide a guest info sheet in hard or e-copy. Shower over bath with nothing to stop splashes strange and risks flooding into the room. Needed help with a tripped fuse. The bathroom lights never worked but it was ok with glass doors. The "choked" WiFi password is a bit creepy.
PLBeautiful and clean. The location is excellent, and communication with the owner is excellent; he responds to messages within 5 minutes (even at 1 a.m.). Near the apartment, there are many restaurants, bakeries, shops, the old town and beach are a short walk away. The apartment features a large bathtub, an induction cooktop, kitchenware, a comfortable bed, and large wardrobes. If you're looking for accommodation in Zadar, this is the place to stay!
