The apartment was very clean, which I appreciated. However, there were a few concerns, staff were often positioned close to the toilet window, which made it feel uncomfortable and lacking privacy (while using the bathroom). There were no disposable bathroom slippers provided. The walls were not soundproof, so I could hear the TV from the neighboring room. Also, the restaurant seemed understaffed, which affected the service.
