Nice and quiet neighborhood.

Cleanliness. The bedding smelt like sweat and feet. Unbearable. We had to immediately go buy bedding to use. Mattres was dirty and filled with stains. We had to flip it. Extra Blanket was not clean and smelt funky. Very unprofessional and lazy housekeeping. 2 males. One is constantly dressed in only underwear. Only start working and cleaning at 12am. I called the day before, asking for early check in, I arrive at agreed upon time. Which was 11am. They have only started cleaning at 12pm. We had to sit and wait an hour before having access to room. There was also double booking. So we had to use apartment and then move another apartment after three days. We agree. On day of the move. They only notify us after 12am. And only start working and cleaning after 12am, 20 minutes before they need the room to clean for people who are arriving at one pm. Which then caused alot of inconvenience and delay for me and partners plans. APARTMENT IS NOT 2 BEDROOM AS STATED on website. That was big false claims! Security is not good. Main gate stays open, 24/7. No electric, no, padlock, just a push open. Housekeepers are hardly there so items are only protected by sliding door. Very poor stay, greatly affected the peace and quiet needed for holiday in Cape Town.

The location was ideal as I was traveling to a nearby venue for an event but it's a bit far from the CBD especially if you have to Uber
