"Comoda, bien ubicada y muy tranquila"

LIMPIEZA, UBICACION Y ATENCION DEL PERSONAL (Inmejorable)

Falta mucho mantenimiento en la habitación. Falta de cortinas black out, velador y secador no funcionaban. faltaba porta rollos en el baño. cortina de bañño toda manchada con oxido.

Hotellet lever ikke opp til beskrivelsen. Det må betegnes som et 2 stjerners hotell. Beliggenheten er fantastisk i forhold til buss og båt. Det er kun én person til stede, som gjør alt fra å ordne rommene til å stå i resepsjonen og ha ansvar for frokosten. Frokosten er utrolig dårlig. Rommene er nedslitt. Betjeningen gjør sitt beste og er hyggelige.

Frokosten var tarvelig. Resepsjonen var til tider ubetjent og det var ingen til å åpne døren ved ankomst kl. 20. De var ikke forberedt på at jeg skulle komme og fant ikke reservasjonen. Resepsjonisten var tydelig overarbeidet. Rommet var nedslitt, men sengen likevel komfortabel.

Not a lot

Broken and dirty bath, damp and smelly bathroom. No air conditioning working. Tv not working. No mini bar, just an old fridge. No garden view, was street view. Total misrepresentation within Booking.com description and was ABSOLUTELY not 4 star, rather 2 star. On the day of arrival, the person on reception was extremely rude and insisted we paid in cash. Our agreement with Booking.com clearly stated Mastercard visa or maestro payment accepted. This was further endorsed by signage around the building. We refused to pay by cash and after the 3rd time in advising the receptionist, she grabbed the payment machine, slamming it on the counter and breaking part of it. In addition, charged us $8 for a tax that does not exist, which will be referred to Booking.com. Also, displayed on reception a 2020 rated sign!
