"A friendly, comfortable hotel."

The beds and pillows were very comfy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The carvery was delicious and good value with friendly chefs serving us. We were able to order sandwiches and toasties to eat in the lobby after the restaurant had closed. It has a very nice longe area in the lobby

Parking can sometimes be a challenge as it is a busy hotel and a favourite wedding venue. The spa needed to be booked ahead of my arrival.
