Broadway Self Catering Apartments

Did not even meet the host, keys were left under the mat. Place was not up to standard. Beds are uncomfortable. Stove dirty, fridge noisy. Utensils not sufficient for self catering, 2 plates, 2 side plates, 2 cups, 2 spoons etc... No plastic ware. No bread knife, the plates provided does not even fit into the small microwave Will never book there again. Need an Invoice since I indicated that I am travelling for work.

It was in a safe location. The complex was clean and quiet. The host is very friendly and helpful. she also responds to all questions Immediately.

The apartment is out dated, old furniture, broken tiles. It has very limited kitchen utensils. The apartment had lots and lots of ants coming from the corner cracks of the house as well as cockroaches in the kitchen. The main door is half wood and half glass. The little curtain on this window was see through, so the neighbours can see into your house as they enter their apartment( there is a bed directly infront of this door). I had to hang a towel over to provide better privacy. The apartment had potential to be great if its upgraded and made a little more cosy and more attention given into it.

Change of accommodation on the day of arrival to a guest house in one room with four beds like a dormitory, totally different from what we booked. We could not stay on the second day, cancelled the booking. Fortunately we managed to get an excellent place.
