The location was perfect for what we wanted.

On arriving the stairs were covered in fluff and obviously not vacuumed. Both the mattresses were really poor - they both sloped to the edge as if sleeping on a 45 degree angle!!! The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable ever! The clocks didn’t have batteries in. The lounge door doesn’t shut. No key to open the bedroom window. Cupboard door in the kitchen was falling off. Freezer door not attached.

Shame you can't collect the key from the property, rather than having to drive backwards and forwards into Plymouth Town centre

Dirty & infested with fleas. Both beds broken.

Pick up and drop off of keys was a pain. Curtains weren’t blackout and there’d were lights outside.

Very comfortable, spacious, exceptionally clean & well appointed - a great choice & with easy access to the city centre.

Our only disappointment was not being made aware that resident car parking permits are limited & on this occasion unavsilable. There is however good parking facilities close by, but it would have been helpful to have known about this ahead of check-in.

Collecting the keys was easy! However the house number was not on the key. We opened the door to number 33 and went in, the apartment had not been serviced. I then discovered we were in the wrong apartment, we felt a little in safe knowing the keys operated the front door to both apartments.

Lovely apartment. It was clean, well equipped, quiet, spacious and in a lovely location. We really enjoyed the actual stay here.

Collecting the keys was not very good. It wasn’t made clear until after booking that the keys needed collecting from a different location. The email saying where to pick the keys up from had the wrong address (they’ve changed locations but hadn’t updated the change on their instructions). I was trying to phone for them to answer the door for 20 minutes with no reply, before someone finally answered the phone and said I was in the wrong place. Even without this change of address, parking is limited where the collection point is and it’s in a completely different location to the apartment, so it’s a faff. Keys need dropping back there on check out also. Everywhere else just has key boxes which is so much more convenient. For this reason I’d be very reluctant to stay here again.
