The facility was like a haunted place. The structure and facility was in shambles

The room floor was not at all clean. There were big holes in the wall, which was totally absurd. It was not at all worthy for this amount.

I booked suit room but Nothing available in the room, only one medimix soap. No towel, no hot water. Two water bottle was there. AC also not good.. Even tea also not avilable.Room door also not able close properly. Room Charges was collecting Rs. 5000. Very old apartment and not maintained any standard. Not good for stay with family. Not recommend Tayas.

Fully satisfied with the stay. When I booked the rooms I was first confused due to the negative reviews but I decided to book the room. My experience was very good. It was a pleasant say. I stayed there for one days with my wife and we were fully satisfied with the stay.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this establishment. Courtesy, which should be a basic expectation, was completely absent. I booked a room for my family guest for one night, only to be informed upon arrival that the room I had booked did not have AC, despite no prior mention of this. They offered an AC room but demanded an additional charge. The first room reeked of smoke and other questionable substances, so I requested a change. The second room was no better, but we had no choice but to accept it as it was already midnight. To make matters worse, the AC was turned off at 3 AM without any explanation. My family guest, unable to bear the conditions, checked out by 7 AM and returned home. This place is an absolute disgrace. The lack of hygiene, respect, and basic amenities is appalling. I strongly advise against staying here.
