Manque d’une cafetière et d’un en-cas pour le matin étant donné que l’hébergement est éloigné de tout et donc pas facile de joindre un bar sans un moyen de transport.

The hosts were so kind. It's so close to the sea and in a very pretty place. It's quiet and the perfect place to relax.

Nothing, all good

Quite and peaceful place surrounded by olive trees and views. Very close (5 min drive) to the Maremma Nature reserve with all the hiking and biking trails and also to the beautiful sea shore. Our family spent very pleasant two nights.

Amazing location close to the road and cycle path to the Marina Albarese beach. Terrific view from the garden over the farm’s olive trees and vineyards and across the valley to the East. The apartment was one of just two on the ground floor recently converted below our hosts’ house and had all we needed. Roberta and Luca were wonderfully responsive and helpful and helped make our stay a delight

Nothing could have been better other than being able to have stayed even longer than a week. We shall be back

Roberta and Luca are very welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is recently renovated, spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped with all-new furnishings, bathroom fixtures, and kitchen appliances. The garden area is lovely and has a marvelous panoramic view, the property being in a unique elevated position in that corner of the Maremma. We found the location of I Grappoli to be ideal for visiting the Parco della Maremma: close proximity to Alberese where the Park’s visitor center is located and also very easy and nearby access to the free bike path to the splendid beach (It is 8 flat km away…only about a 25 minute mellow bike ride from the apartment!) and the various entry points to the many marvelous hiking trails of the Park. (Note: one must pay admission for the hiking itineraries and tickets can bought at the Visitor Center or online.) We brought our bikes with us (I Grappoli also has some available which guests can use free of charge.) and we were enthralled with our daily outings to the beach and to the Park. The expansive green spaces and rapturous views of the unspoiled shoreline, sea, islands and mountains are uniquely soothing and to be savored! They are unlike any we have encountered in Italy and we look forward to returning to I Grappoli to discover more of the Park and its intriguing variety of well maintained trails and sights!
