In fact, there is no place to stay here at all, please don't book because we came to the front door and the owner didn't let us in and closed the door on us disrespectfully.

The room and the bathroom was clean. The AC was in good condition. Have parking.

The price was a bit too much for the facilities. The bed was not so comfy. There was no rack for clothes.

The host and the cleaning lady are nice, never disturbing, always ready to help. My room was downstairs, there was an AC and hot water. The house is close to railways, but no sound was heard. The matras was fine but a bit hard, which could be both advantage or disadvantage depending on the person's preference. The bathroom is +- new, the room looked like fited-out recently.

Neighboring to the house is a local family with kids, so my experience was that they were quite loud. Not disturbing personally, but i could hear the noise. There was smell in the bathroom indeed, as some travellers noted in the reviews, maybe should be aired properly. I hope bedsheets were clean and fresh, not sure about it. Very low internet signal, even i was traveling with my own wifi router. A bit stuffy in the room, maybe again not aired. If low priced then ok for one night only.

The size of the room is very big. Air conditioner worked well. The host was very nice and generous.

There isn't a sign at the front on the street, (I think the owner is in the process of getting one, He is the new owner.) So to find the address just use the street number 22A.
