I noticed a few mosquitos and asked for an all-out, which they gave me fairly soon. So good customer service

Well the pictures didn't really match how the hotel actually looked like. The rooms seemed a bit old. and despite being overbooked, the property seemed to be empty. I didn't feel very safe at the stay and left the following day.

The washrooms had very nice towels and was squeaky clean which is high appreciated. The room was very generous in terms of space!

Some of the rooms didn't have the AC remote. Since we came late and not early, it should have been there.
