Huge property in a wonderful quiet position. Ideal for a family holiday, couple or retreat. However the stand out is the treatment from the owners. Nothing is too much trouble and my daughter and I felt extremely safe and looked after. Wayan and his family treated us very well and very happy to take us to see any sites, stay with us and explain their surroundings eg temples. Breakfast is brought to the Villa every morning at your appointed time. The private pool and area was clean and well looked after. I would def recommend this place for anyone but not if your physically disabled as there are steep steps to the property.

Breakfast was great, kids loved the pancakes. I had the noodles which were fantastic and filling, also Fresh fruit each morning. Plunge pool was great. Good WiFi reception. Great little restaurant next door balimoon. Great value for money. Hope to be back one day. Thank you 🙏

I enjoyed my stay here, they made some accommodations for the breakfast since we're vegan so that was nice. The pool was also great. The owner was easy to communicate with and friendly. The location is a bit far out especially with traffic (I chose this for the peace and quiet, which we definitely got) , so I'd recommend to get a scooter. We used taxi services and that was also doable. Ps expect to see some lizards and ants in the house since your in nature.

Breakfast was good but for vegetarian food, there were limited options but the taste was good.

Very kind and customer orientated family. We asked for some little extras and they were done immediately. The location is amazing and close to Ubud but you will need a scooter which you can rent from the family. You have a peaceful surrounding and a view above the rice fields. We can recommend this wonderful Balinese House to anyone who looks for relaxation and warm welcoming hosts. The internet was fast enaugh for online working. An amazing SPA is just 4 Minutes walking distance away and offers an exquisit service with a relaxing athmosphere!

Spacious house. Nice garden views and rice fields around. Private pool and bathtub. Nice and helpful staff. A good breakfast that was nicely served. Drinking water dispenser in the kitchen.

A sound could be heard from the temples at dawn. We are Christians and we did not like the Hindu paintings and objects in the rooms and the sacrificial smoke in front of the house.

Amazing property ! Appartment with lots of space, well decorated and furnished. The staff was so kind and made us a very good breakfast each morning. The outdoor area with the pool was very pleasant with a beautiful view on a ricefield.

Not at the city center, but worth it for the peace and quiet

Wayne our host was very attentive and the plunge pool and breakfasts were very good also.

Only one air conditioner worked in the master bed/bath area. It was too hot in the other rooms and there were no cushions for the couches.
