J’ai loué cet appartement pour 2 nuits. Sauf qu’en arrivant sur place, le taxi m’a conseillé de ne pas y aller car c’était loin de la ville, isolé et qu’il n’y avait pas de sécurité. J’ai alors appelé la gestionnaire pour lui expliquer la situation. Dans un premier temps, elle m’a confirmé l’annulation, mais par la suite elle l’a refusée et a encaissé le montant de ma réservation.
