Beach overlooking view from the room. fantastic room and view. Excellent and courteous staff. Great lobby as well.

The male steward in their inhouse restaurant didn't seem too helpful. Rest of the staff were fantastic.

Location and price

Breakfast very poor. Staff on restaurant were great, but in the reception it was a bit lacking.

The location is amazing but a bit far away from harbor so you need to call a “taxi”

The bed was comfortable and hotel room was roomy. Overall it was good accommodations.

Disappointed with the restaurant. It did not deliver good foods both during breakfast and lunch. Probably the worst foods on offer from all our stay in Bali.

The hotel is new, everything is very clean except their location is the other side from the crowd and restaurant but overall is good.
