Our group had so much fun! The staffs were really nice, friendly and helpful!!! They are the best!!! I would definitely come back here. Everything was clean and you couldn’t complain more.

'Staff were great and welcoming. They took care of all our needs and went above and beyond. From July, Daisy, and Saira (i hope i got her name right) to the cleaning staff. They were all great. We were able to rent a scooter from them, guided us to whereever we wanted to go and were very welcoming. We would definitely go back and stay here.

Wished they had a restaurant at the property that served all day. apparently it was a separate owner that rents from the hotel. room service would have been great but easily call July at the front desk and he could get you anything you want. just make sure you return the favor and tip them well as they deserve every bit of it.

Clean, nice pool, big room with balcony. The bathroom was nice but the shower had low pressure. Busy street, a little bit hazardious to walk on the road when it was dark, no pavement. Amazing staff!

The property is overall a beautiful, secluded, quiet place. We booked the villa with garden view - the room was huge with a balcony, and the pool was gorgeous. A little away from cloud 9 to surf but close to some of the hotspots. Hospitality from front of house + housekeeping was great.

We had no running water from midnight to 6 a.m. for all three nights, and despite escalating to reception and even waking housekeeping on the final night, the issue remained unresolved. The owner was dismissive, offered no apology, and avoided follow-up discussions about compensation. Additionally, there’s no breakfast or food offered and the restaurant next door, Roots, was unexpectedly closed, ruining plans for the tasting menu. Overall, not worth the high cost and left a sour impression.

the location, facilities and staff is superb…it’s a kind of place you wanted to stay for long…plus they have a lovely dog named miguel…a gentle giant…

my only issue is that, it is understandable that the hotel is conserving electricity…but not to extent that the guest suffers…I don’t know if they are doing it on purpose but there is no electricity from 2 to 4 am…the internet is closed until 6 am…we have to go down to report but there is no one in the reception…I have to go to the staff room to inform them…other wise the hotel is very homey and a good place to stay…
