Bien situé dans le quartier tortueux de la ville, avec une place de garage indépendante et fermée. Tout est accessible à pied. L'appartement est grand et confortable. Rue un peu bruyantes le matin. Une bonne adresse. Accueil sympathique. Attention à l'étroitesse des rues en voiture. Ne manquez pas la cathédrale!

GOOD LOCATION AND GOOD QUALITY FOR MONEY. WILL STAY THERE AGAIN, CLEAN AND GOOD FACILITIES. HOST WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFULL, WE ARRIVED LATE AND THEY HELPED US - NO PROBLEMS

NOTHING, ACCOMODATION ALL WAS GOOD. DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME IN ORVIETO - GO FOR 3 TO 4 DAYS AND VISIT CIVITA AS WELL, OR THE COUNTRY SIDE.

It was very spacious and comfortable.

The shower was too small for the size of the bathroom. However, it was very workable.

Great location, close to the town’s central area and also to one of the public parkings (12 euros/day, lift or escalators available to reach the city centre). The house is completely furnished and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Host communicates through Whatsapp in a timely and efficient manner. Keys were collected at check in by meeting an employee who was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Everything was great, only flaw is the bed’s mattress that we found very uncomfortable. Some very small suggestions are: providing some instructions for the thermostat (to be fair it wasn’t a big issue for us and it’s likely that in case of need we likely would had received prompt help from the host); providing some basics in the kitchen, such as oil, salt, sugar etc. But again, just small improvements overall!
