City Centre Apartment Northampton

Maybe it is my lack of knowledge with this system but I said I would check in at 3pm as the website states but standing in a shop at 2.57 to get the keys and told the lock doesn't open until exactly 3pm was strange. I thought there might have been at least 15-20 mins flexibility but this wasn't the end of the world.

All was great, the apartment was perfect and close to the local bars and the event we were going to.

Good value for money, sleeping up to 6 people for £170.

Nothing like the photos provided, lots of broken things (window handles, bath/shower tap), missing essentials like tea towels, not enough pillows or glasses, and big cleanliness issues, stopping us from using the sofa bed as it was absolutely filthy.

Host very quick to respond. Toothbrush packs left for each visitor. Clean

The area felt very unsafe. The lock on the front door was not secure. Newsagent opening times to collect the keys were different to on the information leaflet.

Very spacious and comfortable. Our needs were meet immediately without any delay.

We all like the property its excellent The staff was very rude and not helpful They don’t care We been to collect keys from shop even no customer in the shop

Comfortable beds, big tv , good location

Excellent accomodation, convenient location for walking into town. Secure on-site parking an added bonus. Everything was provided down to tooth brushes and toothpaste for each guest.

Nothing to dislike really.
