Old Tbilisi

The location, location, location!!! The property is in very good condition, all in from the washing machine to kitchen appliances. The lady was waiting for me for an extra 3 hours and was still smiling! My advice, just don't think and make the booking!!!

View from the window was very beautiful. Clean and comfortable kitchen. AC. Huge bed. Hospitable host, every time she was in touch. Smart tv

The building and the hallway are quiet old brick Georgian style houses, which might seem a little bit strange for the foreigners, but it's personal. The flat inside was very well furnished with all facilities.

The level of comfort and cleanliness was top notch, talk about the location too,l had the whole of Tblisi attractions in the palm of my hand.My host was so good ,l remember l also called her late at night another day when l was getting lost .She immediately directed the taxi driver and when l got home she checked to see if l was safe.Bless you Ruzani

I had a very pleasant weeklong stay here, and the studio-style apartment has a lovely ambiance. The hostess is sophisticated and welcoming. There are details for comfort that show thoughtful planning; the hostess did not skimp:: the washing machine and kitchen amenities are of good quality, and i cooked during my stay. The bathroom is small but the enclosed shower (stall) has good water pressure. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the portable closet system is good for travelers. There are bedside drawers. There are big windows where you can see some city landmarks on the surrounding hills, as well as blackout curtains for a good sleep. The location is great for walking all over Tbilisi, and there are cafes, supermarkets and restaurants close by. The hostess met me when i arrived.

I liked everything about my stay! It is worth mentioning that there are two steep cobblestoned-streets from the old city’s iconic river area to climb up….to get to the apartment: (Grishavelli and Baazova streets), one street is longer, one is shorter… and these can be hard on knees and joints; it all depends on the person climbing. The lively family next door are also quite nice; and their teenage boy plays jazzy style piano, (not bad or terribly loud, lol) He plays around 2-3 pm and at night, but never after midnight.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, very well organized - all the appliances work very well. It is in a great location - walking distance to a small convenience store , great restaurants, sulfur baths & the old town
