Car parking was not available and its so hard to find a spot on the street

The location is superb and the hotel is new. The room has everything we need and it was super clean! The bed is comfy. Staff and the owner were really friendly. Nice place to stay in Beirut!

Perfectly located at the downtown of Beirut. Convenient shop directly in fron of the property with good price. 1 min walk to corniche. Big and spacious rooms. My bed and pillows are so comfortable like 4 to 5 stars hotel of European standard. Good price for value especially in city like Beirut. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, they can speak a very good English!

Good - In residential side street area so quieter than normal for Beirut. Modern suite, very IKEA-ish/stylish very clean, comfy bed, excellent air con/heating, helpful staff,modern bathroom, great shower. Near to bay for restaurants, supermarket opposite, MacDonalds etc round the corner, big balcony. Soundproofed windows stopped most exterior noise which can be loud.. Not so good. Had a kitchen - sink, fridge, breakfast bar and stools, microwave but no crockery, cutlery or even a cup/glass at all or kettle. Microwave used to heat water for coffee but nothing to eat microwaved food off. No clothes hangers in wardrobe, no hooks in bathroom for towels. Had to request a cup and hangers which apparently they do not supply but they found some for me. Had to hang towels over door to dry. Room cleaned/bath gel etc upon request only not daily. Two English news channels but all other 50 channels in Arabic, TV reception bad, fuzzy picture. Tiled stairwell so any noise is amplified badly. Tiled floor in apt so every chair scrape and heeled footfall from apt above heard badly. They gave wrong time to pickup car so I had to call hotel and wait an hour at airport while they re-arranged pick up. With my minor issues resolved, for future this would be a great place.

Check in was fast and the front desk lady was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed confortable. The only issue was the noise in the lobby during the evening/night. I recommand to stay at this hotel.

Personal Freundlich und sehr good hilfsbereit. Neu renuviert. Auch good möbliert. fehlen hier und kleinigkeiten . zb. Hänge platz für Handtücher.. oder am Bett seite eine leselampe oder samrtladung steckdose die direkt sehbar ist .... Kleider Schrank Bügel.. die speilen keine rolle... Hotel ist neu aber empfehlenswert. und nah an meer und Alhamra... usw. ich würde es wiederholen..
